Dr. Aiden Yeh is an Associate Professor at Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages, Taiwan where she teaches Discourse Analysis, Pragmatics, Cross-cultural Communications, and Language & Culture. Her current research interests focus on corpus critical discourse analysis, migration discourse, English varieties, semiotics and linguistic landscapes, & pedagogical issues in higher education. She is a member of the editorial board for Technology in Language Teaching and Learning Journal (Castledown Publishers) and co-Series Editor for English and Migration in the Routledge Resources Online. She's also a reviewer for Asian English Journal, English Today, Asian Journal of English Language Studies (AJELS), Language and Education, Ampersand, and Philippine Journal of Linguistics. She is  a member of the executive board of the International Association for Migration Linguistics (IAML).
 

 

She has published chapters in various book publications (e.g. TESOL, Pearson Longman, Oxford University Press, British Council Publication, and IATEFL Publication), articles in ELT magazines, and papers in refereed journals

She has regularly presented at conferences across Europe, North & South America, and Asia. She received her PhD in Applied Linguistics from the University of Birmingham, UK, and her MSc in ELT Management from the University of Surrey, UK. 

 

She served as the Director of Academic Cooperation & Exchange Section of the Office of International & Cross-Strait Cooperation (OICC) from 2015-2020. She has also served as Chair of the Non-native English Speakers in TESOL Interest Section, lead coordinator of the TESOL Electronic Village Online.
